Electrocademy, its parent company/sub-labels and trading abbreviations (such as “E’cademy”) are members of and represented by the Performing Rights Society (PRS) in the United Kingdom and affiliated with BMI, together with respective performing rights and tracking agencies in global territories outside of the United Kingdom in respect of commercial releases and performances.

Unless by way of explicit contract with clients, or by virtue of royalty free samples/visuals, all original music and visual productions that have been composed, performed or created by artist(s) on the Electrocademy label (or its sub-labels) (copyright © ) and physical/digital master recordings (including master phonograms ℗ ) remain strictly and exclusively the intellectual and physical property of the label/its parent company. Notwithstanding contractual agreements between distribution and publishing administration partners and trading/tax treaties with other territories and overseas performing rights associations, or explicit contractual talent release or equivalent with artists or entities associated with the label, all revenue income generated via the copy/sale, use, synchorinisation, streaming, download, mechanical and performance royalities or other associated royalties/fees/due income belongs to the label/its parent company.
